rico: Don't forget the SEC allows it to happen.
IMO they could be doing more to stop naked shorting.
The idea that they are foreigners and don't have to conform is silly.
There are plenty of instances where we make foreigners conform in other areas.
It's a question of wanting to do something, imo.

I wouldn't mind at all if the SEC beefed up both the rules, and the sanctions.
It wouldn't negatively affect me one iota.

For all I care, prohibit all US stocks from trading anywhere except the US.
