To be fair, since PLSAE is halted pending the ruling on their delisting appeal, no trading days had passed between Westergaard's promotion on this site and his touting the stock on his website. True ... and fair, to a point. But I reckon that there have been some private deals done since trading was stopped, though there is no way of knowing whether any actually occurred during the two days in question. And I personally do not know whether any such trades, entered into privately between consenting investors, are of interest to the SEC in this regard. Quite possibly not. Nevertheless, I continue to be amazed that investors actually take people like Westergaard seriously ... and the way that Westergaard prepares and presents this information almost makes it seem like a "truth in packaging" issue. Oh well, enough said about these folks. Let's go on to something more positive. Happy Due Diligence. JSb.
