If the rumors are correct that one of the reasons DA left the company was that nearly all operating personnel were to be relocated to NI, then the question remaining are (1) what is the most appropriate use of the remaining space in Henderson for R & D?, (2) could those resources be more efficiently relocated to another place, (3) does Valence have ownership of any fixed assets which could be sold and more efficiently utilized, after relocating expense, elsewhere??

I seem to recall that at least a portion of the facilities in Henderson were owned and with the GM Delphi operation moving elsewhere, there were some savings to be made from reorganizing/relocating the Henderson facilities.

This, to me, is a reasonable question on the next conference call, but a helluva less important the what is going on in NI - and the insider buying indicates to me, at least, that the company has little risk of nonperformance prior to the 1/27/99 financing deadling.
