Ah Maurice you sheep shearer, been taking up the
slack of posting URL's. Well now a report to the
generals within this rope, from the grunts in the field.
PCS should deploy as schedule 1 Jan in major markets.
Will there be growing pains and rollercoasters rides
for the forseeable future......YES! Frankly, this applies
to both standards, civil and installation work is deplorable
and shabby. The kid engineers, with milk stains around
the chin and ears where the cats missed for their morning
shave, are going to get a high dose of reality. Frankly,
I'm liking this as the need to come and debug problems
will benefit my back pocket.

There will be plenty of nonsense from the Dr. Frezza's about
poor coverage and drop calls for the forseeable future. Why?
Simply, the antenna connection are critical. These aren't
in alot of cases being done without a high degree of
craftmanship. Also coverage modelling will be refuted,
once again as in cellular, because PCS is a higher freq and
will come under some serious propogation fading, etc.
The wunderkinds are again going to be dealt a bruising
to their collective ego's. So investor's of PCS in general,
be prepare for the mudslinging and I told you so's for awhile.

Stay tune to what is going on at the FCC. Some important
rulings are pending on local access, etc., that are going to
define PCS future in the U.S. I say worry not about QCOM
future from these slanderous attacks, there is going to
be problems for both standards in this teething period.
