I noticed this for awhile. I posted the same on the Antler thread before. Since I believe Winspear will find something, I have sold me Winspear shares in exchange for Antler. I paid under 10c for the transactions. The gap was more than 90c when I did the exchange. It has narrowed to, like you said, 55c. Good luck.
