mkt now is way oversold, CSCO near term is a buy as it has came down within the range FED has cut the rate and mkt is acting as though it was not; CSCO has already indicated that they'll meet this qtr, next qtr may ne an issue but at this price it's a near term buy look for mkt to rebounce pretty good near close
