It is a corporation's responsibility to give loyalty to the shareholders interest. They go public with shareholder money and are obligated to put shareholders interest 1st. A public company is just that. Public with public interest. If you don't want to answer to the shareholders, stay private. Disgusting!!!!!!! Larry
