How can VocalTec be selling at less than 8 with news like this?

It just doesn't make sense. It may be that a few short-sighted in and out traders are trying to make a fast buck. They had better be awfully careful or they could be left at the starting gate. When VocalTec sold 20% to Deutsch Telecom the stock shot up to 33 in 2 days. There could easily be a repeat performance, or more, when certain news breaks.
