Larry,

First off. I already own Frankiln Lake and I put money into the
private placement for Franklin Lake. Also, the options I have are
now not for FL and if I wish to take advantage of them, I need to wait
a year to sell them. The options I hold are now in SIDCO and not the
company I originally invested in

The spin off should be the new (conventional) operation and not what
was. the problem is that since Sid tried to SFA Franklin Lake (using a
technique that was known not to work on this ore for years) and failed, he has given up on it. I don't know how the board has gone
along with this when they are so close to results of the latest J/L
COC work just negotiated by Summers.

Naxos is too thinly traded for any support in price if volume selling occurs. The resulting price will not allow a sufficient trade-off to be made. So now, I own a portion of ~ 30 million shares which I can sell for say $.40 and turn around and buy half of the total number of shares I already hold (.40/.75) in a company that has 20 million shares... that's a net loss to me of ~ 25% of my current holdings.
This is not an even trade.

Well, the wool is being pulled over someone's eyes here ... the question is.... WHY ?
