Well, now that Rubin has spelled out this new world financial architecture, we should be able to get it implemented in a couple of days, and then fire the rockets back up. <GG> The one thing he said that explains everything is that human physchy (sp ?) controls the movements of markets to extremes. He is right about that. Fear and greed. Manias. It just never changes. The madness of the crowd. This process of money sucking out of hedge funds and world markets should give us a pretty good preview as to what happens if the money starts to get sucked out of mutual funds. WS
