You seem to want to play it both ways, use Nacelle's "Wag the Dog" smear and berate Clinton for doing nothing at the same time. How convenient. Clinton did do something about Bosnia, which his predecessor didn't. We'll have to wait a bit on Kosovo. Anyway, what other "thugs around the world" are calling Clinton's bluff?
