Robin, I am looking for a "summer rally" in this sector and I expect this stock to make new highs. If it closes above 21, I would consider that a breakout, new swing high, and would argue for higher prices down the road. It really depends on your personal time frame. I have held on through this entire consolidation, since I bought at 12 3/8, so I am willing to give it time. If you are shorter term then take profits on a new high.
