Mark--- At 1P.M. , the May 10 Puts seem to be doing OK. They are actually down 3/16
on vol of 52. B 1 5/16-A9/16.

I've averaged down on my position over the year and have established a trading position
to take advantage of the small swings. I'm committed to this stock and don't want to" bite my
nose to spite my face", buuuuut, as mentioned in my note of 6193, I'm really annoyed at the stock action and
management's response. Joe Antol has been very aggressive about contacting an attorney to protect shareholder
value, and correctly has concluded that it would be difficult to pursue.

I have more confidence in the SEC, and was wondering if you (or Joe-if he reads this message) have
had any experience with them or could suggest a direction to pursue to have them
look into this very strange market activity which has created this narrow downtrending range?

Look to your input or anyone who has had any experience with the SEC or
other regulators.

Thanks
