O.T. Ganola, Sorry for "butting in"...the last time I looked (about a week ago) the interest rate (Austin, TX) on a 30 year loan was under 6 1/2 with no points. Isn't 6 5/8 leaning toward the high side for a 5 year "lock in?" (who'd ever thought we'd be talking about sub 7% loans as possibly being high) T.R.
