Rishi, DO you know how to answer this post on Yahoo? "See freeedgar.com they will get the 2.2 million shares of the incentive plan really cheap. The question as always is why the stock did rise so much one day before these news were out? " I have no problems S-8 is filed as long as the stock can get back to IPO price. What do you think? Steve
