Miami, Dec 10 (reuter)---A purported class action suit been filed against Systems of Excellence on behalf of those who purchased the comapny's stock between December 26,1995 and October 7, 1996, lawyers for the plaintiffs said. They said the suit, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, alleges Charles Huttoe, and certain selling shareholders issued securities without an effective registration statement.
