Martin, I feel for you..managed to get out of Nortel at top. Sold my HUM for now, but will continue to monitor it for the longer term. In the meantime, I expect good results from Newcourt Credit this month (Oct. 29) NCT NYSE & TSE - do you follow it? .. this is where my HUM losses were diverted today...managed to to pick some up at C$32.10 just after the HALT was lifted. I've said it before, NCT should not be pulled down with the banks - they are a non-bank lender with very limited exposure to Asia and none to Russia. At current prices, NCT is an absolute giveaway and I have 150% confidence in management and their business acumen. It is not NCTs policy to comment on upcoming earnings, but in speaking with the company today I was assured that none of their fundamentals have changed. If you follow it, I would be interested in your opinion....
