Or MAYBE, just MAYBE someone knows there are a lot of PMs at Franklin Lake and has decided to "steal" the company at a pittance of its worth. Who's been buying the stock? Who is signed up to buy the PP? Very interesting development indeed. I'll have to agree with Tom the pom-pom, it is a "unique opportunity" indeed. Unfortunately, it would not appear to be in the best interest of the shareholders. How could any competent management have agreed to such a plan prior to full clarification from Ledoux and the Russell report? Or is there something we don't know? What a f****** joke. JLA
