I honestly don't know where you guys are having the problem. I have been with IQ for almost a year now and can count on one hand the number of times the quotes were off.

In summary, I cannot believe I get such flawless service for what I pay. I was with RTT before this (gag) and daily lags were an everyday occurance.

your problem must be through your ISP, because I've only had problems with IQ's server once or twice in the last year.
