KS, I feel your pain, believe me. I used to have RTT, which was a joke. So in that way, I can understand how frustrating it must be. I remember vividly getting shut down by RTT and having to log on to my backup quote provider. To be honest, I was able to drop my backup quote service after about 3 months of IQ. The only times I have problems are when my ISP is acting up, and then I just switch to my backup ISP and everything works peachy. The only words of wisdom I can offer you is that I never upgraded to the 2.6 or whatever the new version is. Perhaps if you operate on 2.5.1, they log you into a different server? Anyway, I do feel your pain. The only thing worse than a down market is a down market with no quotes. Good luck.
