Mohan, Hi!! <<Dell hired over new 5400 employees from Austin area alone this year. Dell has over 60 positions open in customer service area. Dell contributes upto 3% to the 401K plan,last year the profit was so extra ordinary employees got an extra 2%. Well you get the idea....>> Thanks once again for a great link...it tells us all so much... Either Dell is making a huge mistake or a bunch of shareholders selling today are gonna be sorry....
