Reg - As Caroline mentioned already, T.A. of Stock Trends is a good book. It deals primarily with patterns and trendlines and very little with indicators, at least in the 6th edition, which is the one I have. My all time favorite book is Trading for a Living by Dr. Alexander Elder. It covers market psychology, money management and some basic T.A. Although I haven't read it myself, I've seen The Visual Investor mentioned many times as a good T.A. primer. And there's T.A. for A to Z available online at equis.com CL
