Dear Jason (gtr): We received the preliminary maps from work in SVB a couple weeks ago and yesterday we received the interpretation and formal budget for the next phase. We have a joint venture meeting tomorrow to discuss the next program and put together a NR. We have recently had two serious enquiries from Major Mining Company's who we have signed confidentiality agreements with us. These potential partners are interested in being involved in the next phase of work ( deep drilling and other programs ) on a couple of our more advanced gold properties. Our on site geologist has been carrying out prepatory work on a couple of properties. We also have a gold / silver property in BC ( we have had this property for years ) that a geologist has been looking at recently because logging has opened up access to it - He claims we have a 200 meter wide strong gold anomoly that is totally untested. There is an old mine within a few miles of our property. Today a geologist from a U.S. major Mining company was on the property looking at this zone. The company is obviously disappointed by the drilling results to date in the SVB region around our property, but we are optimistic on the potential of the Adlatok River 2 property, as we still are on the whole region - obviously the lack of economic drill results has had an effect on the market of Pallaum's shares. I believe the gold market has significant potential to perform very well into next year. Pallaum is positioned with 9 gold properties that are all in good standing with all fees paid through next year.
