There are numerous possibilities, but here are a few--- -failure to get strong positive movement on "great news" can shake out momentum players and daytraders -MMs rolling stock around to hold the price down -October(aprox.) is notoriously a bad time -general market woes -political unrest I'm not claiming knowledge of any of these actually being the reason, but OTCs have a life of their own and frequently don't respond in an orderly reasonable fashion. My advice to all --- Enjoy the game or find another. Best of luck, George
