You claim my graph is out of date. It is not. Annualizing 13 week sample sizes introduces too much fluctuations, even when you use seasonally adjusted figures. Small changes get magnified and multiplied, and you get bad data points. Don't overinterpret the data. If you look closely, you'll see that I used year-over-year changes, and then moving averaged that. This is the only way you can get reasonable, usable data.

Yes, it's true that 13 week figures show a halving of M3 growth. But it could very well double in the coming 13 weeks. But that's not insight, it's static.
