It seems that all the noise and controversy is over the simple fact that Cheyenne simply does not want to be bought...esp/ by a smaller company like MCAF. Right now CYE is going thru. a couple of less than robust earnings quarters, due to new products and internationalizing, but I'd say that in the not to distant future, that Cheyenne will be coming through with some blockbuster earnings,
which should push the stock price way up from where it is now.
By the way, does anyone know why the spread in CYE became so wide at the close on FRiday?...something like 17 3/8 Bid--22 3/8 Ask? There doesn't seem to be any news, as if there hasn't been a lot already this week on the stock! Monday will tell, I guess!
Cheyenne needs a "White Knight" Company to out bid MCAF in the $30-plus range...then a deal may be struck...Or maybe MCAF will sweeten the offer. Maybe not!! Either way CYE is a great company and the leader in their field...Earnings come out on Tues, I think!
Good Luck!
