If it makes you feel better, the guys that are gonna get killed in y2k are just as screwed up on their other systems efforts. agreed. like you, i'm in the business and after years of downsizing and rightsizing and restructuring and cheap labor pools it's time to pay the fiddler! the ugly i was referring to is the general economy! i remember the oil embargo (one industry) and it wasn't fun. gary
