"Finally, on August 31st, in response to the current market price of its stock, VTEL announced its intent to repurchase up to 2.0 million shares, or nearly 10% of the outstanding shares of our common stock. As of today, VTEL, has purchased approximately ll5,000 shares under this program. During this time, VTEL's officers and directors have also purchased on the open market an additional 129,000 shares among ten individuals. Today, there are sixteen officers and directors of VTEL who have collectively purchased over 325,000 shares of VTEL stock, reflective of their commitment to VTEL".
Thinkin bout accumulating this stock again, guess I'm a sucker for punishment.
