Bill - re: "it is not an AMD flaw but a microsoft one that has happened to 333 Mhz P-II as well. " The Intel Pentium II 333 MHz, 350 MHz, 400 MHz and 450 MHz have no such flaw and run all existing Windows 95, 98 and NT OS's. AMD's 350 MHz locks up on Windows 95 . That is a flaw. Paul
