Dear Brad: I want to take this opportunity to wish you and your family,and all of DCTC shareholders the very best Holiday season.I particularly want to thank all of the shareholders for their patience over the past few months. We are working very hard at concluding the Telephonica transaction. We are in the final stages,similiar to the Muller Media deal that we recently announced.Newsreleases are ready,shareholder agreements and licensing agreements are in final draft form.However,until they are signed we don't have a deal.On the public relations side a newspaper article is finished and waiting,a profile or newsletter on the company is nearing completion and a television appearance has been scheduled.However,nothing happens until the deal is signed. The application for small cap is almost ready(we are in the process of copying all SEC filings for the last two years).In addition,Bettencourt is readying a newrelease for submittal around mid-January with respect to an award (contract) they just received.The size of the award is substantial and was NOT BUDGETED. This has been a long hard road but hopefully we can make it up to our sharholders in the coming months. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year - Joe
