Go to this site. stockhouse.com Go to forums and search for NED. A good post from Lomax. Buyout??? Not sure. JV???? More likely but who knows. Call the IR guy (Daniel Belanger). He will confirm the rumors you are hearing and give you some other interesting information as well. I think we are about to see things happen within the month. How much, how high, how far, who knows?
