To All!I'am a shareholder in ARET and NUOA and I guess now,FXWA.The reason for my post is to let you know of a article in the ELKO Nevada Free Press newspaper lately.I started a subscription to learn more about whats going on with the Oasis property FXWA is buying on a contract,but thats another issue.My post is the article which is quite lengthy so I'll just quote one paragraph.QUOTE Two major mortgage companies,Norwest Mortgage and Countrywide Home Loans,will help the Oglala Sioux set up a tribally run lending agency to work directly with borrowers.Both companies will service the loans initially,then sell them to Ginnie Mae.Standards for borrowers will be eased to help more people qualify.IMO I hope Shepard can move fast enough against the big guys before the goverment puts a stop to the program or runs out of money to fund it.The article also stated some house payments could be as low as $100.00 per month.There are 1,000 people on the waiting list.If any one has Shepards ear I'd suggest telling him to stop talking and do something,theres only so much money.
