I've been going through... Fidelity/Spartan and M. Lynch. I understand that some people who've been trading through Schwab have been having a problem finding stock to short. I've been locked out on a few days, but I haven't been having much of a problem. I also had a friend who shorted 25,000 (one block) and he didn't have any problems.
