this is nothing more than a mystery merger. I don't wish to play the cynic but FXWA has demonstrated zero expertise yet its stock was 'trading' above 7 before the announcement. why. how do their shares rate value let alone their 'note'.. if you filed bankruptcy and had nothing beyond an option on some land near elko could you rate a 180mil note. play money. true patience would have been holding your cards in tunisia and building out, even if it took 2 years, and you added the pipe dreams of monastir, players club and then ventured with a credible track record to the riviera or caribbean. rushing into a nutty pyramid game with 2 clodkickers from wendover is fools folly, not a path to quick recognition, listing, financing, whatever. IMO kiss your nickels goodbye.this nonsense couldnt even make it to one of those 'stock decks', even the most naive investor would question china to tunisia to scrub desert in 2 years' time.
