(Dow Jones)--Apparel Technologies Inc. (APTX) Chief Executive Kathryn Van Ness resigned. In a press release Monday, the company said Van Ness, who will now serve as chairperson of its advisory board, resigned because of lack of funding which resulted in the suspension of production activities and application center operations. Apparel Technologies named general counsel Samuel S. Guzik acting chief executive. Apparel Technologies provides technology for digital fabric printing, makes apparel and design retail fixtures. .
