--OT -- RE: Gillette and Dell as Shorts

There are and were good reasons to doubt Gillette. The Mach 3 blades are too expensive for single use and can be cleaned under running water. Moreover, there aren't 15-30% more faces springing beards every year. There are, in contrast, many more PC customers in units every year, and Dell is a value added player. Whether components are up or down, Dell has a model that protects again inventory loss (inventory gain is nearly impossible in a product whose price drops 30 to 50 per cent a year.) ASP is irrelevant, and Dell's plans for expansion into China promise substantial future growth (a market growing at least 50% a year for the next five years. I would refuse to short Dell for the time being. What news can drop a stock that almost everyone has a strong buy on?
