Knight, when it comes to disclosing their identities on the Internet, promoters are often caught between a rock and a hard place. If they disclose their true identity they and the company they represent become a target for over zealous regulators; while if they hide behind a monicker they incur the wrath of investors like yourself.

In my experience, many hired gun promoters are not really in the loop. They are paid to advertise the stock and they are often as unaware as the investors to the true intention of the operators behind the deal.

Investors in penny stocks should realize that they are buying into a dream which can all too often become a nightmare. They should also expect promotion from all angles. That is the way it is. On a more positive note, the Internet has greatly helped narrow the information gap between promoters and investors.

best wishes
