Yes, Joan Brugge is a very good scientist. She might be more productive in an academic environment. As long as she mainteins a good relationship with Ariad, it won't hurt at all. Is Stuart a co-founder or just the Chairman of the Board of Scientific Advisory? He seems to have no other official title with Ariad. Good Luck! Fred
