I was about to tell you that TPII filed on 9/10, but then I went back and read that was for the period ending 4/30! (#reply-5713790)

Technically, companies have 60 days to file year-end docs, as opposed to 45 days to file quarterlies. So, yes, as of today, TPII is once again delinquent.
