Microsoft is joint-venturing with news organizations in each localized edition. So, unlike Yahoo which has full control over each of its localized versions, Microsoft is dealing with a 200-pound gorilla in each country/region. I admit that this gives MSN a quicker roll-out than they would normally achieve, but I have organizational and execution misgivings. The reference is that a camel is a horse designed by committee.
