Jay,

I feel very fishy about this company now after you said that someone in CAYN called you after your post mentioning that you did not receive a proxy. But how did they get your phone number ?

I have posted on Yahoo regarding us old shareholders (the ones have owned CAYN before this rip-off-buy-out plan's announcement ) being badly cheated by this unscrupulous management and the vulture Sterling Software.

I never believed that they have sent out any proxy. I surely have not received mine. Although I have made up my mind that I'll vote "No", I know it is a losing battle.

I feel this stocks has been manipulated after the announcement. Who set this price of 3/16 or 7/32 ? According to the news release, the stockholders supposed to get 3/8 for a share if CAYN did not squander more money by borrowing from Sterling before the deal closed. So why is it selling at 3/16 or 7/32. Day after day, thousands of shares changed hands at this price. Now, I would not be surprised that majority of the shareholders have their cost at 3/16 and 7/32. They will be gladly vote "yes" just to get 1/4 or 5/16. There is big profit to them if there is enough money left for each share to get the maximum of 3/8 per share. I will not be surprised that Sterling is buying at 7/32. Who set this price.

I feel a class action suit is in order. Something unethical has happened.
