Seth, no I found that 115 had been converted in the "subsequent events" section of the report. I took this to mean after 6-30-98 and up to the time of the filing. Do you think this is correct? ALso, did you call about the fnet card or is there a place on the website? I just looked on the website and couldn't find any info other than the press release there. Roger
