There is one very important point in their pr release: LENEXA, Kansas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 3, 1998--AmeriResource Technologies Inc. (OTCBB:ARET) CEO Delmar A. Janovec, announced Thursday that the board of directors have voted to repurchase 20% of the company's outstanding common shares. It says, the company WILL repurchase (?) 20% of the company's outstanding shares. Not up to 20% as we most often see, but they have stated for public record that they will be "repurchasing" 20% exactly. Now they should give a guideline. This year? Next decade?
