George, I would be more interested in a TA that called for a downturn in a stock, when the market goes up, or vice versa. I think you may not have been feeling so good a few days ago when ASND was at 49. Recent price movement has more to do with the overall market and buyout speculation, than any technicals, IMO. Gary
