Sure I can get out now and liquidate my loss fully so I can put an exact number in the lawsuit. I have to get out now without having all the information which the company should have provided to ALL shareholders and after having the stock price depressed again by a bogus announcement about the company's new "plan" (which plan I believe is patently illegal without shareholder approval). Now how do I intelligently get out of this one again? JLA
