SFA should take a beating today! NEW YORK, Oct 2 (Reuters) - Issues to watch Friday morning: Scientific-Atlanta Inc. (NYSE:SFA - news) said Thursday it expects first quarter earnings to fall more than 70 percent short of Wall Street expectations because the weakness in international markets continues to dampen its sales. Stock closed at 20-3/8.
