There is a difference in doubling and rebounding. The is a very volatile stock and the warrants would be the best way to capitalize on that volatility. The issue is how long will the Asian flu last. The big question is will South America and the US fall into resessions that will hinder the rebound of the Asians or will they soft land yet again and resume a steady growth rate to fuel exports that is the question. Nam Tai's valuations are insane if you think of its long term steady growth. That is the reason for a potential big upturn in the price.
They just added a company that had 350 million in revenue last year and broadened there markets. They need to get that companies dept down and bring its margins in line with Nam Tai's if they can accomplish that in the next two years then the price will be well beyond 25.
That is a big wish list I know but that is the potential.
