Mr. Fujinaka, thank you, the ride is just fine! I'm waiting it out for the final outcome regardless. Your scenarios are very reasonable and offer a very clear picture of just where this could go. The big questions remain...when will this get settled and how will it be valued. And only the State of Florida and the three judge panel can tell us that.
