On his 9/30 hotline, JD discussed three stocks.

He was disappointed in the small cut that the Fed made in only one rate. He wouldn't be surprised to see the short term interest rate go back to 3% like it did in 1994.

He believes CD will come back, beginning with company buy-back program started after 10Qs are filed. His short term target for CD is 20. This is a buy.

His people met with FFS management. Management believes that FFS should be selling for several times the $2.25 that it has been lately, and believe that it will come back. One reason for decline is that it was removed from an Australian index because its price fell so low. This caused extra heavy selling. If you have cash and plenty of patience, this is a buy.

RP is selling almost one times annual revenues. JD said this is a ridiculous price when comparing RP with similar companies. This is a buy.

I am pleased to see JD discuss these stocks that have dropped so low.
