Don't know if Bear Stearns was at the conference or not, but they cut SEPR from attractive to neutral today. I don't recall them being around in the early days, then it was Volpe Brown and Smith Barney that had the coverage. They may be latecomers and not as committed to the company.

For now damage seems contained -- 60/61 holding, not much worse so far than yesterday or Wednesday intraday.
